@NottheRiver Had this same issue on Xbox Series X, I unlocked the 30mm as soon as I reached Mastery 4 (simultaneously with the silver mastery badge). Hopefully it's just a matter of the the wrong value being displayed after a tuning update.
Yeah hopefully, but I've seen people report bugs like this since the game came out so we'll see
