@EA_Kent Whenever I port forward, it breaks the internet for all of my devices on both wifi and wired connections. I do have all of my network and router drivers up to date.

Community ManagerHmm, that's definitely unusual. It might be best to reach out to your ISP to see if they can help you forward the ports or open them from their side. That may help you get them open without causing issues with your network.

It's possible, but I'm not sure if the game actually uses any of those specific ports. It's more likely that your local firewall has the ports BF2042 is looking for blocked by default on your router/modem.
I just bought the game yesterday and I am now having these issues. I have went through every troubleshooting process listed on here and nothing has worked. Ive some dns, reset router, cleared cache, etc… still getting unable to connect to EA servers
