If you look at the screenshot above, you will notice that the processor operating time is 16.22 ms (62 FPS), and the GPU is 8.14 ms (122 FPS). Roughly speaking, the CPU cannot prepare more frames, which is why the FPS is low.
Moreover, the 65 (72?) watt processor limitation makes itself felt.
P.S. Commands in user.cfg do not work in this version of Battlefield.

Is there any way to resolve this? I remember using a 3700x ans rx 580 in the beta phase, things looked good 🫤

Thats not 100% correct.
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8 (only works if CPU at youre system is +8 cores/threads)
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
