Same thing happened to me on Series X last night. While it still didn't stop me from being a force on the battlefield at both short and long range, it did result in some minor confusion when I toggled back for a soon to be long range headshot. Brought this up to others on the Battlefield community team this morning to flag down, thank you for posting this and keep up the good work fellow snipers.

The team is still aware of this. Specific time and date of a fix is not really known, but we're hopeful they'll get this addressed. Experienced this myself at random times so I know it can be frustrating if it causes death. Thanks for sticking it out for us.The current workaround to avoid this: Don't use the bipod attachment
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Thanks for the reply and look forward to it being fixed hope sooner than later 🙂 Enjoying 2042 even tho it was missing tons of stuff at launch..Have always loved BF series since 1942
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Just played a game and didn't even have Bipod active in inventory and still does it from new match even starting and just no option to zoom. Not sure but don't think Bipod is culprit something else is triggering it.
