99% GPU usage on menu
I constantly have 99% GPU usage on menu( not in actual game) is that normal?
@AtomicGRthis is fine. I also have more than 144 fps in the menu (monitor frequency 144), because this is the easiest scene for the CPU. GPU limit, not CPU.

You can use RivaTuner Statistic Server to limit FPS, but this is not justified in terms of imput lag. And 62 degrees is not a high temperature.
