Able to Select Vehicles from Deploy Screen Despite "All Seats Occupied"

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While in a game server at the deploy screen, have your teammates get in a vehicle that you're able to get into as well, such as a MAV. Make sure that the MAV is fully occupied. Try and select the MAV.
What happens when the bug occurs? You're able to select the fully occupied vehicle. You're able to select the fully occupied vehicle at any time, so long as the vehicle can be spawned on by you. I did not select the vehicle right before someone else deployed into it, as certain vehicles are always selectable despite there being no seats available at all.
What should be happening instead? You shouldn't be able to select the fully occupied vehicle until at least one seat becomes open. Players will feel frustrated by always selecting but seeing that it's constantly fully occupied.
