AC-42 weapon mastery 2 weapon attachments locked

Summarize your bug I have been grinding kills on the AC-42 to the point where I am weapon mastery 3. The problems is that the unlocks for weapon mastery 2 are still locked and I don't know what to do even after getting the unlocks for weapon mastery 3, I have restarted the game and even reinstall the game and origin and its still locked. I did try to clear my cache data, flush DNS and even done a clean boot and the problem still persist.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just happened for me. I think it may of bugged out when playing on a portal server.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't use the attachment I unlocked.
What should be happening instead? Being able unlock and use my attachments that I am supposed to unlock.
