Question

I have tried multiple times logging into battlefield 2042 for my son. &nbsp;It works on my name on PS4 but when I try to log in through his, it says does not meet minimum requirements. &nbsp;I have tried to read through multiple threads on issues and none of them seem to work. &nbsp;I have age restrictions turned off, I’ve made different origin accounts and tried to connect them but cannot find where to connect with ea. &nbsp;I’m lost and I’m pissed off it’s Christmas you buy something for someone it should just work&nbsp;

I'm having the same problem with my daughter's account.&nbsp; I've upgraded both my account and her account to the Sony Plus and made her account completely unrestricted but still can't get in.&nbsp; So upset as this was her "most wanted" Christmas gift and we have been working on this for 4 hours and 45 minutes today alone with zero success and no one to call.&nbsp; EA.com , I am the parent, NOT YOU!&nbsp; Signed, Mama Bear
