Thread.MaxProcessorCount #
Numer of your CPU threads - 1 , example --> Thread.ProcessorCount 11
Is that only if your CPU is maxing out? My CPU is far from maxing out. It even drops down pretty low when the stuttering happens. It is sitting at maybe 30-40% usage at the time of the stuttering. It is almost like it quits using the CPU for a second.
