Maybe your EA Play subscription has expired, which means that the game is no longer available to you until you purchase it permanently or extend your subscription?
i have no subscribtion, i bought the game directly from steam during the sales, my steam is linked to my EA but i cant play the game... any fix?

Try running BF2042 using EA APP. Since you have a linked EA profile, you should be able to run the game via the EA APP itself. As far as I know, BF2042, even if it is on Steam, still requires the EA APP.

Find the confirmation of your game purchase in your e-mail address and contact EA Support using the contact form, and attach this e-mail address in .pdf format to verify your identity. It may be that the transfer has not been processed yet, so you still have the game as unpurchased. The game is available for download only after the transfer has been received.
I after making the transfer using PAYSAVECARD (which are instant), I waited 10 minutes until BattleField 1 was available for download.
