hold right mouse to aim + left mouse to shoot opens order menu

I have this annoying, for me game breaking, bug where when you hold down right mouse to aim/zoom downsight and shoot someone, the order menu (default on Q/scroll wheel, to call need ammo, orders etc.) opens up and it stops shooting because of that, effectively loosing me my gunfight. sometimes it happens after first few shots, sometimes after 20, sometimes not at all, it's pretty inconsistent. It happens more often when shooting enemies, testing it in spawn resulted often in the bug not ocurring.

I checked bindings and controls, reset my mouse settings (i have no macros or anything), reset all in game controls, nothing seems to help. When setting the zoom/aim to toggle instead of hold, the bug can't be reproduced. I also tried remapping the mouse button for this menu sinbce you have to have a mouse bind, didn't help.

Anybody else with this problem or an idea for a solution?
