After update, unable to play

Game was working fine till update. Now it never finds a game to play (I have tried each one) except Co/Op.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, which modes are you trying to matchmake for if I may ask? And on which platform are you playing?
  • Well after a lot of online research I found nothing. So I did a complete reinstall. Still had the problem. More research and I found somebody else had a similar problem because the setting for crossover gameplay was off. I checked mine (after I found it) and mine was off. Something I never touched. So Ihave no idea why the update turned it off. Now if I could just figure out how to edit my name here...

    @Red_Dragon_1954, alright, so Cross-Play turned itself off for you? Hmm, yeah I have seen that happen to more players. The teams are aware of this, but unfortunately it's not known yet what is causing this behaviour.

    Regarding changing your EA ID (name), you can do that via https://profile.ea.com. 🙂
