Despite the fixes deployed in Update 2.1.1 We'll continue to investigate this and look for new solutions that we can include in a future update.

I had sort of the same issue (again) but this time with different outcomes. All of the times I've had problems it was with atleast the following setup:
Operator: Liz
Weapon: SFAR-M GL
All of the times I spawned on a vehicle, for example a Condor and jumped out. Sometimes my weapon ADS wouldn't work, other times I shot a Liz rocket and after that the launcher doesn't reload and I can't ADS any weapon anymore. Finally I have a captured clip in the YouTube link below. This time I also spawned on a Condor and jumped out, shot Liz rockets and after that all that happens in the YouTube clip. Low quality is because of the ever existing Frostbite/Shadowplay bug where it doesn't recognize 1440p when launching.

Same for me. i'll try to make a video. Anyway i have this bug with the Sfar-l and after i shot 1/2 rockets with Liz...same as the past updates 😔
ONLY on the older 64 player maps. And it may be conditional to one weapon only. The S-FAR. The new maps that came with the game work fine under any player count. So, Older 64 player maps, the S-FAR, and after exiting vehicle.

Also Lis' rockets cause ADS bug on those classic maps for some reason.
On the new AOW 128 maps the only ADS problem I experience is with GOL Magnum's scopes. They stop working when I drop ammo box for example... I have to switch it to another one, look through it, and change it back. Super annoying.
How is this ancient bug still around?!
This just happens to be ONE of them. More than a year later and it's still present in this game. This is pathetic!
