All BF2042 servers are unstable and crash with multiple players

I play with a large clan and everyone has been experience huge lag spikes and packet losses. I am getting up to 15% packet loss in. This is not isolated to myself in chat many players were noticing the instability. The servers seem to be performing at subpar levels. There have been multiple crashes when playing breakaway and manifest. It start with person and then as many as 6-8 people within minutes all crash to desktop on PC. Attached is the crash log. Any help would be appreciated.
