Summarize your bug I have a Laptop with RTX3080 and CPU AMD Ryzen 5800H, i found out that the issue is being caused by CPU Affinity, i use Process Lasso (disabling it has no effect on affinity) and noticed it said in main window 12-15 under Affinity, default affinity is set to use all cores, even with Process Lasso i can't force the game to use all cores. Not sure if this issue is Laptop related, CPU related config but this is what is causing my issues. The Beta didn't have this problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seems pretty easy to find out, either a config related to the Laptop Ryzen CPUs or specific to the 5800H where it is not using all the CPU cores and threads.
What happens when the bug occurs? Massive stutter, low GPU and CPU usage even on main menu, 30s-40s FPS in-game even with FPS unlocked in Rivatuner, again closing third party software does nothing, even before i launch the game.
What should be happening instead? The game should be using all cores.

The Beta was fine, the release the game is not making use of all CPU cores, it is using only the last two cores and last two threads for some reason, can't change the thread usage with either Process lasso or Task Manager.
Update, i found out that the Origin Client is also using the same cores only, however in this case i was able to change the core usage and the game is now using all cores too.
Origin affinity is not set to use any specific cores either. o.o
Restarting Origin after setting its core usage seems to have made it use all cores now, if i find anything else i'll post.
But this seems to have solved my problem even if i have to set Origin to use all cores again everytime.
