AN-94 Completed The Challenges Still Locked

I imagine you've tried already, but sometimes playing a full round of regular multiplayer and not quitting until the next round begins will resolve this. If it does not, though, then I'm sorry to say that you'll need to go back to EA Help and try another support case, since there isn't anyone here who can add items to game accounts 

As I said, I took notes on a paper because the challenge counter was broken; it's been like this since the start of the Road to BF6 battle pass. Should've unlocked it way before. I contacted EA Help multiple times, and they said they couldn't help me since they can't unlock in-game items. Post it on the forums if there's enough comment or it's a common problem, the team would look into it lol. So here I'm... I found a post on Reddit with the same problem, but the user hasn't been updated his situation. 

I'm sorry but you have been misinformed. The only people who can add missing items are EA Help. All I can suggest is to try again as it's basically your only option unless it self-resolves.
