How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Angel skin. Drop packs to see if they are usable. And seriously, you need me to tell you how to find bugs. Are your Devs and bug fixers that useless that they cannot figure out how to address these?????????
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The pack disappears and you have to try to drop them again and again until they work
What should be happening instead? Pack drops. You pick it up.
Angel pack drops have become so unreliable, as they often end up below the ground texture. This is a joke right? This wasn't an issue in the past and in the last month, it now appears regularly.
