Under further testing it appears the entire LRIP skin needs to be equipped to produce this bug. I tried keeping the LRIP headgear and changing body skin to something else and it wouldn't reproduce. Also the type of weapon you are carrying affects the severity of the bug. For instance as I showed in the image with DM7 equipped the black square pops in and out while running at the top of the screen. When equipping the SVK the black square moves to the middle of the screen. When equipping the shotgun angels backpack strap appears in front of him in lower right corner

It looks like you get it with Angel + SFAR-M GL combo. When I switched to other weapons in-match the bug disappeared. So it's there only with Angel + SFAR-M GL.
SFAR-M-GL with other Specialists works.
I can confirm it only appears while normal running, not sprint.
I was using Angel + LRIP Gear + Beanie Headgear + SFAR-M-GL.I think the camera clips slightly into the body and/or the cloths, just like we had those similar graphical glitches where the camera moves behind your back and you can see your entire body while running (don't know if it's still present, haven't seen it in a while).
I think that's what's happening here, just slightly, but still very critical, since it's covering your vision. xD
