No, it is very likely that the new EA Anti-cheat breaks ASUS component.
I have shown you many clues (including datapoint from @skyTusx2 ) where the problem ONLY HAPPENS after I launched Battlefield. See attached screenshot. The timestamp is when BF2042 is launched.
Again, the machine&temp reporting&FAN adjustment work absolutely fine in day to day work. Also, there was no issue before the recent EA update.
This is basic troubleshooting skills - the root cause is clearly linked to EA Anti-cheat based on what I mentioned above.
Please escalate to your EA engineering team for review.

I have seen workarounds/fixes in the past by uninstalling amd/asus armory software with the special uninstall tool (check site of youre MB) and reinstall the software.
Also possbile fix is to disable some services (example asus framework / asus lightning service ect ect).
