No, it's not solved. A workaround is to force the AIO cooler to run at 100% speed prior to launching the game so that the CPU can stay cool throughout the course and bypass PWM fan control. It's noisy for sure but at least the game is playable.
The EA rep here is not being helpful at all. The only way to effectively resolve any techinical issue for customers is to gather the CORRECT EVIDENCE and present them to the RIGHT PERSON WHO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT. I have provided the correct evidence but they simply don't want to take the ownership or at least trying to replicate. Inside EA dev team, there must be one person from EA anti-cheat product team knows the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately just like most of the large company, tier 1 support is simply broken.
