Summarize your bug My bug is with the anti cheat. It is dectecting false positives on my PC and flagging me as a cheater but I have never used cheats in my life. After this occured on BFV I picked up BF2042 to play while I wait to get my ban resolved but after a few days of playing on there I was suddenly banned again for no reason.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly don't know. You could get me to recreate it on any battlefield title probbaly. I plan to reset windows before playing another online EA title because there is clearly something wrong with EA Anti Cheat.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blocks complete access to online features essentially removing all functionality out of my game.
What should be happening instead? I should be connect back onto EA servers with the ban lifted/
I got falsly banned on BFV a couple weeks ago when I wasn't cheating. I decided to pick up BF2042 to play in the meantime while I wait to get my ban resolved and played that for a few days with no problems until I woke up to an email saying I had been banned on that too for the same issue. I didn't cheat on either game and I have a clean account history spanning a decade with match historys and statistics across multiple BF titles to support the fact that I am clearly not cheatinfg in any game.
I tried to appeal 4 times now but EA Help will not offer me any help and assistence in solving this issue. I believe the anti cheat was updated around the time of my ban and I have been in talks with others who have also been banned for no apparent reason.
I am very lost with how to move forward and am not willing to accept "theres nothing that can be done" as an answer. I paid good money for this game and never cheated and it should be clear to anyone looking into the case that I am legit. Feels like support just don't care because they think i'm guilty. I don't even know how they want me to prove otherwise because they won't supply me with any info or even tell me which exact rule I've broken.
Any help is greatly appreciated, any suggesting for how to get in contact with someone who can help would be awesome.
