Anticheat use too much CPU

@AntiCheatWard  Finally we found profesional EA employe who start doing sometihng about it. Please just update us on the progress. In a separate thread, another EA employee left us 14 days ago without any response (we are working, checking and that's all). We feel like EA doesn't give a damn about us, but we are the same players as PS or Xbox owners. We just want to have fun playing your game.

 @AntiCheatWard Can I add other problems that I think it comes because of anticheat. Stuttering, controller not recognised (again like at the start of the game EA FC 25, but then fixed with Patch update 2, now same problem after the updates in November), so controller not even recognised, only keyboard and mouse, and even with that stuttering happens in game and in Division rivals and Weekend League I lose control of players, they start running straight of the pitch and I can not defend.

Please fix this.

@AntiCheatWard  with all due respect "soon" isnt enough, you realized we had pay a full price game and now its more than 2 weeks with 2 useless game updates and we still cant play the game or even ask for a refund? The EA team should treat this as a priority but as always this company treats its customers like clowns, if the problem was giving players "unintentional" rewards you would have fixed the problem in less than an hour, I still remember what you guys did last EAFC with the WL Ligue 1 TOTS rewards. You only care about fixing things asap when you're losing money.

@AntiCheatWard Hi, many people including me have not played for more than 2 weeks now and we have missed so many rewards including rivals, champs, friendlies and evos. It is an issue because not everyone just like to play matches. I like to collect cards and doing SBCs and not receiving rewards means no fodder for SBCs. It would be very much appreciated to fix the game as it is EA's duty to provide when EA has taken a big amount for the game and since the mistake is from EA's side and we as customers have suffered, we also deserve compensation for that and not just something small only to shut our mouth, without being disrespectful. Because the real disrespect was ignoring us for weeks. Hopefully, everything is fixed and we receive the compensation too. Happy holidays boyss!!

Can any of you Battlefield 2042 players tell me if they fixed the AntiCheat for you guys when they first saw the problem and how long it took them to fix it or is it still not fixed?

Hi, I've been having the same issue the past few weeks / month on Battlefield 5. 

Was running smoothly on high settings. Then noticed my screen started to freeze for a second or two every couple of minutes. For no reason whatsoever (no Win updates, new installs, etc). I assumed it was an issue with my PC. 

Scanned my machine for malware - nothing. 
Then I thought it might be the SSD. Spent an hour trying loads of potential fixes. 
Mucked around with EVERY setting in the game, NVidia settings, Power settings, you name it, I tried it all. Nothing was working. 
Then I noticed the System process was spiking every 10-20 seconds. Would be idle (around 0.3%) then spike up to 5%, 25% and even as high as 60% maxing out the CPU on my machine thus causing the stuttering. It was even using more processing power than the game itself!! 
I noticed the service didn't fluctuate AT ALL when the game was closed. 
Again... Spent ages researching possible fixes. 
Re-installed the game. 
Reinstalled Windows. 
Installed BFV and the anti cheat system and bang. Literally spent ages reinstalling everything, Opened up BFV and stuttering again!!! 
Ran Windows Performance Analyzer and recorded the spikes whilst monitoring the CPU over a minute with BFV running in the background.  I already knew the System process was the cause, but drilling down I found the below listed twice using a substantial amount of resources.

ntoskrnl.exe! and nvlddmkm.sys! were listed under the system process too, but using a very small amount of resources. 

The issue is clearly with EA Anti Cheat! Please resolve, the game is literally unplayable and so frustrating when it freezes and you die!
