Anyone else having an issue with bf2042
Need help
Anyone else having an issue with bf2042 where is says it missing 3 files but leaves it as that. I tried uninstalling, file repair (steam) along with making it admin etc

Sorry for the problem you are experiencing.
Can you try to go to the Steam settings in the “Download” tab, click “Clear Cache,” then repair your game (on Steam, this operation is called “Verify Integrity of Game Files”).Then launch EA app and Steam in administrator, after full launch, start the game.
Normally it should be fine.
Do you have any other crashes or errors besides that ?
Let me know 😃HeySteeve_BF i did what you instructed it still didn’t work but I uninstalled it and installed it on a Different ssd and is working now. Thank you for you advice 🤙🏻
I had your same problem but haven't reinstalled in a new location, maybe I'll try that.

Clearing Steam's download cache actually did the trick!
