Last post said it happen on a babyface RME interface aswell.
I use interface + monitor speaker i cant plug monitor speaker on a motherboard without interface.
I use the last focusrite driver since more than a month before the S6 update and play manytime everyday (+1100hr of playing).
And there was no need to put a high buffer size before.
I run it since yesterday at 1024 and no glitch so it's BF2042 that need more than before.
Some guitar VST plugin can be run at 128 some other at 192 to avoid latency and bad sound problem cause the signal has not enough buffer size to replicate correctly.
It depend also of the CPU, 128 could not be enough for some people.
Its seem to be exactly what happen to BF2042 wich in my case 192 was now, not enough.
I didn't try 256 or 512 as 1024 was the bigger i can do with this interface and it work like this.
Tried buffer size 1024 tonight and has no major problems for a couple of hours all night, so confirmed this as a workaround. The only issue that persists is now MY voice get's crackly since I'm using my mic over Discord with my friends, and they say I sound bad now... so I tested buffer size 512 just in the menus to see and that audio seems fine. Will do proper testing by playing with 512 and see when I can play next.
Let's hope they find this issue soon, I don't want to have to change my buffer size to accommodate their garbage software...
