authentication required

Hi 

I am having constant issues with Battlefield 2042 this last 2 weeks. I contacted EA customer support multiple times but the problem persists and is making me unable to play the game. So this is exactly happens

I open the game and it all loads fine, anti-cheat window loads then battlefield and takes me to the main menu

I then select a game mode (usually conquest) and it starts searching

it connects to a game and loads the games map but before brining me into the game is goes black screen.

it then takes me back to the main menu 

I try to join and search again and it says player offline

I try it again and says "Authentication Required" and just continues to say this.

I had an issue where I played for like 2 hours and it says account restricted and contacted EA which they fixed it but ever since that issue I have been experiencing this issue with sometimes getting a little bit of gameplay randomly upon trying. Usually closing the game and reopening works but now the last few days it doesn't work at all no matter how many time I try it

I have uninstalled and re-installed the game already and make sure to run anti-cheat on admin to see if it works but nothing is working. Is anyone else experiencing this and what can I do??
