How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Touching a ladder with Dozer's ballistic will cause the character's movement to become confused, almost like the game doesn't know if you're on the ladder or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? In this state, falling from a height that causes you to freefall will put you in a state of freefalling and being on a ladder at the same time. You don't take any fall damage and you can glide along the ground at incredibly high speeds.
What should be happening instead? Either nothing or climbing the ladder normally.
