BANNED ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON

I bought battlefield 2024 4 days ago. Yesterday I got a weird email telling me I'd received a ban for violating a user agreement.  I barely understand how to play the game. Let alone do anything to violate any agreement.  Nobody will help me at ea. I've spent 24 hours trying to get response.  I'm being treated like a dishonest person. And I've done absolutely nothing that could violate anything. This is now getting ridiculous.  If I get a response email,  it just repeats itself and says they made the right move to ban me. I've still no idea why. I'm thinking of calling the police. Ea took my money,  then inexplicably banned me from playing on the product. Is thos normal behavior?! Somebody please help.

    I dont have any information; new or old. I really don't understand what's going on. The email just says I've breached their user agreement.  Nothing else. But it's not possible I've breached the agreement. They're giving me no information.  Just that I'm banned. It's beyond ludicrous. I'm very angry.  If something was hacked, shouldn't EA be aware? I've bought their product and then had to sign up to EA. I did that. Played the game a bit. Then get a ban completely out if the blue for absolutely no reason. Literally no reason.

    @marvcain1 I'm really sorry, but there's just not much we can do to help with bans on these forums. The only way of appealing is to contact EA's ToS team I'm afraid.

    Sharing accounts/games on those accounts has risks and is not allowed by the ToS.

    Did someone else, friends/family access the account and while in game did or say something in game that could have been a violation of the Terms of Service agreement?

    If yes, that is not so good because account security and safety starts with the owner and if others did something wrong on your account you can be held accountable for that.

    Nobody has touched it other than me. And very little at that. It's either a scam or something very weird is going on!
