Banned and no explanation
Bought a “new” computer off of Facebook, everything appeared brand new other than gpu, m.2’s and the case, played BF2042 for a few days, then got an email saying I’ve been banned across all platforms...
You're welcome to file another appeal and someone else from the ToS team will take another look.
There are no live chat or phone callback options available for appeals as these are based on what information can be verified in our records, so you'll need to create a new appeal if you'd like this to be looked into any further.
Ok, I’ll do that. Are they able to provide specific information as to why I was banned? I’m not playing any other games on this rig until I can figure out what happened. Had been playing vanguard, R6 siege and fortnite up until I got that ban email, so far none of those accounts have been affected so I’m going to stay off everything until this is figured out.

Would using the PlayStation Remote Play app or Xbox Console Companion app cause any ban-able issues while running the game?
