The first link you showed says the status is active - has that changed at all? Multiple tickets will always result in a decline

I did not open more than one ticket. I got a negative response after every ticket I opened. But I never cheated or anything. I bought the game before the free weekend. I was doing my best to have a good time with my friends. If I used cheats, I would finish the matches in the best places, even if you look at the game statistics, you can easily see that I have just started the game. The ban status hasn't changed at all. I have not been able to access this game since 5.12.2022. I am so sorry and I don't know what to do. Currently all tickets I initiate are rejected with the same message without being read.

Customer service does not try to support in any way despite all my explanations. They write that I was banned without any explanation as seen in the top photo and that the explanation will not come.
