banned from Battlefield 2042

I've been recently banned from Battlefield 2042 due to not reason on my main account. This ban occurred on 05/Dec/22
12:21 AM UTC. I was banned from a game that I paid for for no reason. I have 16 hours of playing time in total and I bought it to have a good time with my friends. I was banned from a game platform for the first time in my life and no reason was given. All conversations are below and my tickets are being closed without any reason.

The only answer of the help center is don't ask any more questions, the topic is closed.

I need help to fix this error.

@AxferPemah Dude there's a way you can play the game for 1€ monthly or even free. Don't worry about being banned from a game that is featured in steam top 100 worst games of all time, like officially featured.

@AxferPemah I got banned. No idea why. I report cheats. I will take Easy to the small claims court to get back the £100 I spent on a game I can no longer play, due to their ineptitude.
