I found a workaround for me, I increased my paging file to 16gb because for some reason the game used too much of it hence the out of memory error.
I hope this helps, I spent almost all day trying to fix it.

@MrSamFord "Direct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call." --> This seems to be on graphics VRAM and not on system ram. Do Direct3D uses system ram or/and paging file?
- 4 years ago@FernandoSerraPT I just noticed in the event viewer that it was using too much of the paging file, and increasing it seemed to have worked for me. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to work but with the state of the game it doesn't surprise me if it's not.
