Battlefied 2042 + 496.49 Driver + RTX 2060 Super + Directx error OUTOFMEMORY

I found a workaround for me, I increased my paging file to 16gb because for some reason the game used too much of it hence the out of memory error.

I hope this helps, I spent almost all day trying to fix it.
