Battlefield 2042 - Error Code 25

Currently experiencing this issue as well. Same image and all.

Hi, trying to play the beta today and getting constant errors unable to load the game.

I try to launch it, the launcher screen with the easycheat logo on it starts to load then I get an error pop up:

Game client encountered an application error.

Launch Error (25)

GameID: 609(64bit)

Windows Version: 10.0 (build 19043)

Error Code: 25

Process Exit Code: 103h

UUID: f3eaee0e-82af-7a7e-0f59-5a4a6d826d64

I've spend 4 hours this morning searching for fixes.

I've tried

- reinstalling/updating Microsoft Visual C++

- Repairing and clean installing BF 2042 + Origin

- Wiping my temp files

- Updating Windows (10) to the latest version

- Making sure graphics drivers were up to date

Nothing has worked and now I cant play the game.

Please help.

@Snapper2767 Tried everything on that page and still no luck... tempted to do a clean install of windows at this point

@EA_Atic has there been any more info on this. I have the same issue, even tried reinstalling windows, the game and orgin and no luck.

@EA_Atic Do you want to actually give any of us a fix for the game?  It seems like an exorbitant amount of people are having this issue and I see literally no ta  single idea for troubleshooting coming from EA directly.  I paid $81 USD so that I could play this game early access and I have YET TO EVEN GET THE GAME TO OPEN!  FIX YOUR GAME AND GIVE US A SOLUTINON!

Error Code 25 comes after a message claiming that "multiple instances of the game are running".  

I have verified game files to 100%

I have moved the download location to different folders and tried downloading Origin separately.  

I have ensured that the game and Origin are in the same location on my harddrive

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice

I have updated my NVIDIA GEForce drivers to the most recent release.

GIVE US A * SOLUTION

Go to your local files folder, select the easy anti cheat FOLDER, double click it and click the easy anti cheat set up, click where it says uninstall and again reinstall it. That worked for me, if you got confused just text me back .

I just tried that one my man - nothing changed from the end result
