Why ban my account

This must be the worst company I've ever worked with! I received a permanent ban without reason. I spent more than $1000.00 on products with add ons and couldn't even play games. I contacted ea three times for this and got the same answer ea chat every time I talked to someone. Seems like they're all programmed to say the same thing. It is almost impossible even to contact anyone there. I don't see how they can take your money and kick you out of the game. There is no refund, no warning, no way to really talk to anyone to get a real answer. They'll ban you forever if they want. Somehow legally robbing customers there. I have been playing this game since the first game came out 21 years ago and have been regarded as cheating them. Who spends more than $1000.00 on games and is cheating?? What a joke!!
