BattleField 2042 BFC wasn't added after purchasing at steam

Unfortunately I'm having a similar problem. I started with steam support which told me to reach out to EA support and that the problem was on their end. So that's what i did, they told me to open the game through EA instead of steam (this did not help). I’ve seent EA everything they need, proof of payment and more. Still 4 days later I haven't received my credits and EA support tells me to contact Steam support.
