Party issue

Hi so me and my friends encountered a strange big yesterday. One friend plays from steam, and another plays from ps5.

When I invite my PC friend, he has to join my party from Steam rather than in-game.

My friend on console however could not join at all. Keeps clicking the invite I send him in-game but nothing happens. So I tried joining his party, but my name is completely invisible 🫥 

Anyone come across this before??
