I would recommend contacting EA support and send the proof of purchase just like they show you here https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#steam. Make sure the screenshots are from a web and not from steam.
Same thing happens to me too and unfortunately, I haven't connected to EA help yet
Unfortunately I'm having a similar problem. I started with steam support which told me to reach out to EA support and that the problem was on their end. So that's what i did, they told me to open the game through EA instead of steam (this did not help). I’ve seent EA everything they need, proof of payment and more. Still 4 days later I haven't received my credits and EA support tells me to contact Steam support.
