Hi @ Community manager.
I have the same issue.
Explained every single scenario to the twitter 'help'.
Think my last message count was over 25 messages sent without a solution. Most of that was being asked the same question repeatedly.
I do want to play your game however I have been locked out without solution since around the time of the recent update.
Upon searching the Web, other users have this issue and have not received a solution.
Please help

I am sorry, I am not exactly sure what the issue is that you're experiencing. You say that you have the exact same issue as the issue described above? And what have you tried yourself already, if I may ask?
