Battlefield 2042 can't join the match, Black Screen on joining multiplayer match

In battlefield 2042 when I try to join the game I am greeted by a black screen and then returned to the lobby.

   I talked to 5 support workers and everyone tried to help me, only with one we found 2 problems that can cause this problem: 1- cache and 2- background applications. During the repair process I had to restart the PC but we did not solve the problem. All my actions after led to nothing, everything ended with this message : "I have connected with my team and share your concern and now you do not need to worry about this, I am with you in this case, I am sharing your case with my team as a feedback and I will mention everything about your situation and about the error which is impact your matches. Also, I will mention that you need a compensation for this issue as well because this is not your fault. So there is nothing to worry about, trust me, my resources are saying thanks to you because you brought this issue infront of our developers and they will get to know what our players are facing. I just need one small favor from your end, please allow us some time to get this issue resolved because some things are not in my hands, I hope you can understand my limits here as well." It is not known how long to wait and whether they will contact me, now I am just waiting because we did not find a way to fix the problem.

Support told me this : "I see numerous background services causing errors and Chrome is one of them as well."
     I cant fix this problem I'll be glad if someone has encountered this and fixed it and will help me because i run out of options how to solve this.

This is possible fixes that don't work for me :

   reinstall the game, firewall settings, Ethernet ports, deleting documents files and then repairing the game, ea app cache clean up, ea app reinstall, troubleshooting the game, running in administrator.
