Battlefield 2042 Crashing after new patch

I've crashed three times tonight trying to play Breakthrough on PS5.  Two of them occurred during the matches and the last was after the match had concluded.  Where I noticed in the squad rewards screens that there were only floating weapons.  No character models that eventually led to a black screen and a game crash.

Running on Windows 10 PC, graphics drivers are up to date, my friends that I play with are having the same issue, so this is related to the patch that was just pushed out.....

Playing on PS5 and the game crashes about every other game since the last patch. I've been able to stomach most of the issues with this game, but the crashing is cyberpunk levels of bad at this point and its hard to see me sticking with this game if the experience continues to be so poor. 

I posted a reddit poll to see if I was the only one having this problem, and as of posting this reply here, 107 people have said they experienced more crashes since the recent patch, and it seems it's happening on all platforms. I was loving the game before, but this patch has brought me the first issues I've experienced since December 9th. Please get this fixed asap so I can go back to enjoying the game.

Can confirm. Playing on PC, never had a crash until the last patch. Happens almost every game now.

Yeah I feel the same way, this is a nice game to squad up and have some fun, but this whole experience has not been fun, wondering if we can start asking for REFUNDS???

@EA_Atic Much better! I am no longer crashing randomly, however the server crashes where several people in a server will crash simultaneously are still ongoing. It happened a few times to a party of 3 I was playing with recently, where two of us crashed at once and the one left in the game said a bunch of the other players had disappeared at the same time.

Still great work though, it's happening way less for us now.
