Also, do you have the game installed to an external hard drive or have anything else plugged into your console's USB slot? Reboot the power to the modem/router Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network. How to power cycle your PlayStation console Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

Sense I have bought this game (even during early access) I have only been able to play about a match and a half before my PS5 shuts off completely, with the only way of making it come back on is by unplugging the power source. EA has essentially told me this is a PSN error when every other game I have works fine, which is saying a lot for some games “cough” warzone “cough” I was really hopeful for this game and I feel kind of played spending over $100 on this. I’m wondering if anyone is having this issue as well. I have found a few people talking about the PS5 but mostly the Xbox problems. I’ve even requested a refund where the customer service rep. pretty much told me “please just wait a while longer we will have this fixed soon” I don’t have any of the usual error messages everyone else seems to be getting, just one that is “Error:// 2.2600J” although I’ve mentioned that to customer support it has lead me to making sure my internet is right, my system is in a ventilated area and all that other stuff we know isn’t the issue. Besides that, the PS4 version of the game runs fine, it doesn’t crash at all. I’d appreciate anyone who can assist or provide any information on this.

@Bad_Gurl__69 I am in the UK and Yup, this is happening to me too, it's annoying, get kills with guns I am trying to unlock stuff for and bang...... Error, lose all progression from the match? I am still signed in to the PlayStation network? It's BS! I wouldn't be surprised if the patch from earlier has messed something up in game

same issue but on the series x, haven't played a full game in any mode since the 13th.
i can really understand now why people are asking for refunds, im starting to have those thoughts too.

Hi. I had the same problem. I switched from wifi to a cable and now i dont have any more problems. Hope this helps for other players.

Nope I've tried all that. I even rebuilt the database, cleared the cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times.

Happens every time we play. Haven't been able to finish one full match since we bought the gold edition. It only let's us play maybe 8 minutes in then a book bag shows up in front of the screen and then it kicks us out and gives this error code
