Hi. I had the same problem. I switched from wifi to a cable and now i dont have any more problems. Hope this helps for other players.

Mine is hard wired so maybe I'll try running wireless

Are you able to fix this by power cycling the console and network? Also, do you have the game installed to an external hard drive or have anything else plugged into your console's USB slot?
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your PlayStation console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

Nope I've tried all that. I even rebuilt the database, cleared the cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times.
