@Rokebo73 No error code when it crashed.
Here is my new dxdiag.
@sealsdragonTry to reset network connections: Open PowerShell or CMD and run as administrator, copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
after this reboot pc
then again:
Type cmd in Windows search
Right-click on Command Prompt and pick Run as administrator
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow (after this check note errors/fix if there are any)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart your system.

HOW TO UNINSTALL THE ORIGIN CLIENT THE HARD WAY
Sometimes with technical issues that require extra troubleshooting, you’ll need to make sure you fully remove all parts of the Origin client from your computer.
These steps, especially for PC, can harm your computer if not done the right way. If you’re not 100% comfortable doing them on your own, we recommend having a computer professional help you.
PC
In some extreme cases, you may need to edit your system registry and remove the folders in a two-part process. This will remove all traces of Origin from your system for a completely blank slate.
Just a reminder: these steps are more advanced than the Control Panel uninstall. Editing your computer's registry or files incorrectly can severely damage your operating system. If you are confident that you can edit your registry successfully, then follow the instructions below.
Important! You need to fully close Origin before you uninstall it.
Quit out of the Origin client.
Open up Task Manager on your computer. To do that, press your CTRL + ALT + Delete buttons all at the same time, then click Task Manager.
In the Processes tab, check to see if there are any Origin processes still running. They would be called OriginWebHelperService or OriginClientService.
End any of the still-running Origin processes you see. This will make sure Origin is fully closed.
Now you can follow these steps to uninstall Origin:
First, remove the Origin client files:
Select Computer from the Start menu.
Select the C: drive.
Select the Program Files folder. On 64-bit systems it’s called Program Files (x86).
Right-click the Origin folder and select Delete.
Next, back up your Windows registry:
Hold down the Windows key and press R.
Type regedit at the Run command and select OK.
Select File.
Select Export.
Under Export Range, select All.
Choose a location and name for the backup file, then select Save.
Third, remove your Origin registry keys:
From regedit, expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
Expand the SOFTWARE folder.
Expand the Wow6432node folder.
You might see multiple Wow6432node folders; find the one with an Origin folder in it.
Right-click the Origin folder and select Delete.
Expand the Microsoft folder.
Expand the Windows folder.
Expand the CurrentVersion folder.
Expand the Uninstall folder.
Right-click the Origin folder and select Delete.
Last, remove your Origin program cache:
Select Computer from the Start menu.
Select the C: drive.
Select the ProgramData folder.
If this folder doesn’t appear, press Alt, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Right-click the Origin folder and select Delete.
Completing these steps should completely remove the Origin client from your system.
Reboot and reinstall Origin AS ADMIN , start Origin AS ADMIN - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@sealsdragon PS is there any hardware connected to you PC ? So yes , what hardware is all connected ?
- sealsdragon3 years agoSeasoned Rookie@Rokebo73 I only have my monitor, my mouse and my keyboard connected, or do you mean the DVD player/burner installed in the pc? Or my headset which is connected through USB?
There is also a speakerset connected into the pc. But I do not use that.
And is it wise to go back to Origin instead of the EA app? - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@sealsdragon Yes , downl;oad origin and INSTALL ORIGIN AS ADMIN
Dont forget to START ORIGIN AS ADMIN ONLY when install is done, folow instruction in page before.
Make sure EA APP IS NOT AUTO BOOTING WITH WINDOWS - sealsdragon3 years agoSeasoned Rookie@Rokebo73 So reinstalling Origin as Administrator. if installed then de-install Origin as you mentioned on the first page?
What should I do with the EA-app? - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace
@sealsdragonYes disable ea app , or unstall it.
Then use instruction at page 1, you prabarly used origin before, so there will be left overs that need to be deleted first.
If ya are done with deleting orgin stuff, reboot pc
Then redownload origin, and run ORIGIN SETUP AS administartor.
When origin is installed , do not start origin without ADMINSTRATOR PRIVILEGE.Forgot to mention this at page before, else bf2042 is deleted , and need to be downloaded gain !
Delete Origin folder in C:\ProgramData\ (Do not delete the LOCAL CONTENT folder in this origin folder)
