Battlefield 2042 Extreme Lag on servers

I had a 4790k which I overclocked. It met the minimum requirements but at the end of the day it wasn't powerful enough to run it without extreme lag, sure I could play but it wasn't pleasant.

I upgraded to a 12700k, overclocked that and it now runs super smooth on low settings with a gtx1080oc.

In console type perfoverlay.drawfps true

I bet your cpu is in red.. not enough processing power to run it smooth I'm afraid.
