EA: Question about game experience

I asked several times, but still no answer.

There can be several games that feel completely fine.

In the weekend the game completely feels difference. People with bad scores come up the rope or ladders and snap instantly on to you. Fully sideways or even 180 degrees.

Is this server lag..or better..what is causing this.

My ping is on average very low (below 25 mostly), no packet loss.

there are quit a few people who have 150+ pings...and I notice more headshots in the weekend.
