In the game, the frame is jumping and when I press the esc key multiple times it detects it. How can I fix this problem? I did a repair on the game but it didn’t work.

I don’t think this problem has anything to do with the mouse and keyboard. I think it’s related to the game files and operating system. I had the same problem in all the modes I entered. I added the video and link. The problem is clearly visible. I couldn’t find a solution and because of the late response, I deleted the game and returned it.
