PC freezes due to CPU surge

I have an i7-12700KF CPU, 16GB of RAM, and an RX 9060 XT.

When I play, the CPU usage percentage increases to 95%, and just as it reaches this value, the computer suddenly freezes to lower the usage percentage. Just as the computer manages to lower the usage percentage, Battlefield 2042 resumes working until it climbs back to 95% CPU usage in about 3 or 4 seconds.

It's unbearable to play this way, and it doesn't happen to me with any other game.

I've tried playing with everything set to minimum, playing at 60 fps, reinstalling the anti-cheat, clearing the game cache, verifying file integrity from Steam, and nothing has worked...
