Battlefield 2042 GOLD EDITION MISSING CONTENT

I bought the gold edition on series x, and i didn't receive any bundle. I have downloaded the bundles but there aren't in game skins ecc. How is it possible? I paid for that

If you still aren't seeing the bonus content I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look.

    i wrote to 4 game advisors, nobody can help me. I'm level 22 and i didn't receive any bundle of gold edition.
