Battlefield 2042 high cpu usage, low fps

Good day!

I have an issue with performance. My FPS from low to ultra display settings is constantly in 40s. I have tried many settings recommended on forums and youtube videos including:

Enabling DX12 in hidden settings;

Disabling services in system configuration (all but microsoft services);

Tried using EA and Origin launchers where in-game overlay on both of those launchers was disabled;

Turning on DLSS on "Ultra-performance" (which i do not recommend - hurt my eyes a little);

Turned "Ultimate-performance" power plan in PC Power options;

Turned resolution to 1920x1080p @60Hz

I have an average PC:

Display: 1440p @144Hz

CPU: Intel core i5-11400F

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB VRAM)

RAM: 1x DDR4 16GB @3200 Mhz

SSD: 1TB

Update#1

Added DxDiag report

I have no idea what to do. I believe this kind of hardware should give at the very least 60-70 fps.

Please help me ☹️

  • Finally getting 80-90 FPS on Ultra settings in 64 player Conquest.

    I researched online how to boost gaming performance. What i've done is i've unparked my CPU using QuickCPU software and also upgraded my RAM to DDR4 2x16GB @3200Mhz (Trident NEO G.SKILL) and enabled XMP profile in BIOS 16-18-18-38 1.35v.

    I will mark this post as solution.

    Thank you very much @DarthFDG for your help through my journey 🙂
