battlefield 2042 I bought from epic games
i used to play this game on ea play. today i bought the elite version from epic games. but now when i open the game it's not the elite version. what should i do?

Make sure you are opening from Epic.
Make sure you are seeing the Elite upgrade in "Manage add-ons" in EA app.
I've seen quite a few posts with people having difficulties when purchasing from different sellers. You may have to contact EA support directly for them to get your account sorted.
